Since using this product for a few weeks my hair feels thicker and easier to manage, and I have even noticed a few new hairs coming in.

I don't think all shampoos works for every kind of hair type. Everyone really has to find what shampoo works and fits best with their hair. I discovered this shampoo from seeing it on lots of commercials and it does fit my hair perfectly! Both the moisturizing shampoo and condnitioner and especially the shampoo and conditioner for volume and thickness worked great. My hair did start to build volume and thickness and become more moistorized. I got the best results when I left the conditioner in my hair for about 5 mins. each time I use it instead of like some who take it out at a much shorter time. So just for the record I only use two kinds of Tresemme shampoos and conditioners. One is TreSemme moisutre shampoo and conditioner and TreSemme volume shampoo and conditioner. Hope that helps.

I have very fine thin asian hair so I've always had problem with flat hair. This wasn't some miracle worker where my hair is now amazing like in those commercials, however it did give me more body and my hair felt I guess you can say more textured and less fine. I like how it works like it says it does and is affordable too. I don't use anything else now. :) It's definitely worth a try.

Contradictory to it's name, my friend who I purchased it for complained it did not give her hair any volume. She did say it made her hair very silky.
