T3 Jan 03, 2006
By Crystal I just recently purchased my t3 and I used it as soon as I got home. Compared to other straigteners that I haved used this one seems to be the least drying to my hair. It didn't take long to heat up and is very light. It didn't snag on my hair and slid down easily. I tried it on my mother inlaw's hair which is a lot curlier than mine and it left it very soft and straight. I have tried out some other brands and I also recommend the Chi Turbo which is also a very good straigtener. Just whatever you do don't buy those cheap ones becuase they are very bad for your hair go with the lower wattage ones.

Disapointed Sep 04, 2005
By Sweety I first bought my T3 in October 2004, it was the best thing ever, sleek, shiny smooth hair, effortless, no damage whatsoever to my hair. After 6 months,it wasn't heating up as well, so I sent it back and got a new one. The new one is horrible, exact same model, but I don't know what happened. Dry frizzy hair, I have to spend an extra hour straightening than I did before. I can't even contact the distributors because there is no contact info on the product. Very disapointed in my replacement. If you can keep your original working, then it's great, but don't count on that 48month warranty replacement.
Not the best, not the worst Jan 24, 2011
By Automatic I had this flat iron for 4-5 years before I accidentally killed it, so for sheer lifespan it receives credit. Overall it wasn't a bad flat iron, did the job, heated up quickly, and definitely was better on my hair than a regular $30 drugstore straightener. However, if you're looking for a high quality flat iron that will also leave your hair smooth in addition to straight, this ISN'T it. My hair was much more likely to get static or look dry after using this straightener. I've now switched to a Paul Mitchell smoothing iron and it's hands down the best for my hair. This flat iron is not a bad choice, but as long as you're going to spend extra $$$, do yourself a favor and check out the Paul Mitchell tools.
Worth it! Keeps Hair Healthy and Curls! Dec 21, 2010
By KSfineHair Owned this flat iron for about 4 years. Best there is! Heats up faster and hotter than CHI. Using this flat iron, I could skip hair cuts because my hair was so much healthier with this flat iron. I once went 8 months without a hair trim and my hair stylist said there were no split ends, unlike when I used other straighteners. Also, this flat iron iron curls hair as well as curling irons. Best flat iron I have ever owned.
