it might be reduced from $[...] but all this is is 50 sheets of construction paper. Even at $[...] you're spending double what you would spend at a hobby store. Yes the bag says Melissa and Doug on it, but is that really worth the extra expense? I didn't realize how cheap construction paper is until after I bought it.

I don't know about cost comparison, but I really appreciated this item's great color selection (has purple!) and the paper is great quality!

I needed construction paper for a craft project I was doing at home. I ordered this pack because of it's low price and decent reviews and it did not disappoint. There's a good little color variety, it's decent quality paper, and it was super cheap. Buy this stuff, and you'll be glad you did.

In general, Melissa & Doug makes great products and this one is no exception. The set includes a variety of colors - so that both boys and girls are super happy with the colors they get. Also, the paper's sturdy so it supports a lot of "stuff" - foam stickers, glued on popsicle sticks, etc. I bought 3 sets b/c my kids go through it so fast!
