 Obviously people haven't tried other dry shampoos! Feb 07, 2012

I've been a fan of dry shampoos for 3 years now. I have tried absolutely every brand that Amazon sells in a variety of fragrances and the 3 best performers are Batiste, John Frieda and Suave, in that order.
However, if you factor in price, it goes Batiste, Suave, then John Frieda.
John Frieda has 2 uses per bottle. That's pricey! Suave has 3-4, Batiste has 5. Batiste Blush is the best fragrance but it's still a pretty heavy one at that.
But using Batiste makes your scalp look AMAZING. I get tons and tons of compliments on my hair -- because the shaft is thick and shiny but the scalp is matte and "natural" looking.
If I've forgotten to order Batiste, I get Suave at the drug store because I like value. But if John Frieda is on sale, you should certainly snag it. Works far better on those with fine or thin hair, as it's a much thinner product.

This stuff is awesome! My baby fine hair always looks better the second day except oily roots made skipping a shampoo not an option. Today was a rainy, lazy day and my hair still looked good from yesterday so I grabbed this stuff I bought on a whim at walmart but have never used. All I can say is WOW! I can't believe this is my hair! I've never gotten this kind of fullness and volume. You just spray it in (at the roots) and kind of fluff it with your fingers. Much better than a similar product (Pssst I think) from the 70's you had to brush out (which for me would have ruined my "do" ;). It even helped blend in my regrowth. Love love love this stuff!,,

This stuff is freakin' great!!! I was afraid this would leave a powdery white residue that would show up on my dark roots, but unlike many other dry shampoos, this didn't leave a powdery cast!!! Also, it adds volume and makes hair look thicker. Oh yeah, and it also refreshes oily roots!

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS!!! I saw this in some beaty magazine and it was highly recommended and now I see why! I am so happy I got it... however, now I have seen it at the Target so I wont be buying it online, but if you cannot find it nearby this is a fantastic product! I am hispanic with naturally BLACK hair, and this does wonders on it. I can sometimes extend the life of a blow out to 2 days. If you have dark/oily/thin hair this is a must-have!

I bought three dry shampoos to try -- Sexy Hair Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Volumizing and Texturizing Powder, Got2b Rockin' It Dry Shampoo, and this product (John Frieda Luxurious Volume Anytime Volume Refresher). I liked this product a lot and LOVE the Got2b Rockin' It Dry Shampoo. The Got2b Rockin' It Dry Shampoo is a larger container than the John Freida, and I really like its fresh almost-citrus scent. My hair looks great after using it -- just ordered 3 more cans!! (The the big sexy hair powder product you should avoid at all costs -- disgusting.)
