The product is great however your service is horrible. Ive tried to contact you severel times and not had much sucess in regards to my purchase I ordered and paid for 10 Fira Tea Tree oils and only received 5. I should either get a refund or another 5 more of what my original order was which 10 I have the tracking # and confirmation # as well. Please contact me and or respond to my concerns as soon as possible. Your attention to this matter would greatly be appreciated. This has been extremely frustrating for me because I would like to use your website again nonetheless I am very displeased with your services atleast respond to your customers complaints.
